How does Klarna work?
Shop your favorite items at Noriale and proceed to checkout using Klarna as your payment method.
Klarna allows you to shop now and pay later — securely, quickly, and conveniently.
Receiving Your Invoices
Klarna will send your invoice by email on the first day of each month for the previous month’s purchases (unless otherwise agreed).
You can view or change your invoice email address as follows:

Log in to your Klarna account at https://app.klarna.com/login.

In the menu, click on “Master Data.”

Under “Contact,” you’ll find your current invoice email address.
You can also download your invoices in PDF format anytime under the “Invoices” section.
If you wish to modify or correct an invoice, please contact Klarna directly via their customer portal.
How to Pay Your Bills

Log in to My Klarna.

Tap Payments, then navigate between the purchases or statements you want to pay.

Select Payment Options and follow the instructions on the screen.
Klarna offers flexible options such as Pay Now, Pay Later, or Pay in Installments, depending on your country and eligibility.
Problems with Your Order?
If your order was paid using Klarna and you experience any issues, please include an official copy of your Klarna payment receipt when contacting our support team.
Here’s how to obtain your proof of payment:

Go to Payments to view your orders and invoices.

Select the order in question to view payment details.

Take a screenshot of your payment receipt and email it to us so we can assist you promptly.
